Sharing the nourishing values of mindful cooking, how to live more consciously, and empowering ways to collaborate with your communities. Together with Chef Lee , you and team will get to explore and learn from her travels, share yours and collaborate on the menu. Lets all be present and enjoy the ways food can connect us to ourselves and our community.

Homemade Pita with Zaatar & Olive Oil

Home prepped and baked Pita seasoned with Middle Eastern Spice Zaatar
Made2Gather Tahini Sauce

Sesame seed paste blended with aroma garlic, citrus lemon juice, smoked paprika and olive oil to bring Israeli roots into every meal. It's an excellent source of copper, a very good source of manganese, and a good source of calcium.
Sweet Pomegranate Kale Salad with Toasted Pepitas
Small Plate
Local, last seasonal peaches grilled and served on a bed of kale with mint lemon vinaigrette, and toasted pepitas.
Black Bean Quinoa Stew Salad

Seasonal Peppers with Corn, Black Beans, Quinoa and freshly chopped Cilantro
Polenta Cakes with Sunny dried Tomatoes
Entree
We will be making together polenta cakes, sauté and grilling them, with chopped fresh basil and served with sunny dried tomato.
Wild Rice Garlic, Spring Onion Thyme Pilaf
Entree
Wild rice pilaf with green onion, coated in olive oil and fresh thyme. Served together with the Polenta cakes.
Rosemary Lemon Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
Dessert
Finishing off the meal with something small and sweet. Baked coconut macaroons, with served with fresh melon.
