This dish is served in South Africa with almost every meal. Boiled basmati rice seasoned with turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon. A lot of the spices in SA are influenced by the Indian cuisine.
Lemon Grass Roasted Red Peppers Squash Coconut Curry

Roasted Red Peppers on the fire, baked butternut squash, green beans and local organic ginger marinated chicken. All the ingredients are locally sourced from Oakland farmers market and meat is from local butcher Ver Brugges.
Pumpkin Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
Dessert
Finishing off the meal with something seasonal and sweet. Baked pumpkin coconut macaroons with chocolate chips.
