Winter Greens and Shaved Fennel Salad
Small Plate
Fresh greens mixed in a honey glazed dressing, with roasted almonds, shaved fennel and chopped dill, mint leaves
Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom Basmati Rice
This dish is served in South Africa with almost every meal. Boiled basmati rice seasoned with turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon. A lot of the spices in SA are influenced by the Indian cuisine.
Fresh Wholsome Lasagna
Butternut Squash Lasagna, with fresh herbs, spinach and local overnight marinated grass fed ground chuck.
Lemon Pepper Chicken
Roasted chicken in butter and olive oil, seasoned with South African special lemon pepper spices.
Rosemary Lemon Chocolate Coconut Macaroons
Finishing off the meal with something small and sweet. Baked coconut macaroons, paleo and sugar free.
