Lee migrated to the US and began his culinary career at the age of 24. After starring in the 1st season of Masterchef USA (2010 finalist), he spent the next several years in LA's top kitchens as well as his own boutique catering endeavors. His means of choice are beautifully crafted and luscious platters of seasonal food, Mediterranean inspired.
Through the agricultural atmosphere and the unwavering sense of community in his childhood, Lee understood from a very young age that breaking bread and sharing a meal are at the core of the human experience.
He launched Mission Olive (M.O.) in 2013 as a culinary movement on a mission to bring true food and good people together. Always meant to be shared family-style, vibrant in color and seasonality.
