We are two Venezuelan born cooks: Mariantonia & Guillermo , we started 'Legume Supper Club' in Brooklyn the summer of 2012. .
We are into healthy, fresh farm to table food, but also in finding and using new good industrial products. Always true to our roots we fuse Asian and Venezuelan cuisine, one dish at the time; and do it all with a twist.
I started cooking as a child and have never stopped (just enough to get a couple of degrees, to hang on the wall) My partner Guillermo, is Chinese-Venezuelan. He learned Chinese cooking in the kitchens of his family's restaurants in Caracas and is passionate about teaching and food; he's also a Photographer; we both do private events & catering and hands on cooking classes on Venezuelan & Chinese food
