In this meal I'm serving a special Nikkei menu, Tiradito Nikkei, Anticuchos, Little Causa, and Arroz con Pollo. Accompanied with the meal, we are also offering a very delicious Pisco Sour to open your appetite that you wouldn't want to miss. And a delightful Green Tea Tres Leches to end the meal. We use only organic, fresh produce from the local Farmers market and organic fresh cage-free eggs.

Tiradito Nikkei

Fresh sashimi of the day, soy sauce, Peruvian native peppers, lime, green onion, sesame, nori, and garnish.
Charapa Sauce Duo
Small Plate
Red roccoto sauce and yellow aji amarillo sauce. Hear the story of how peruvian peppers are used heavily in its cuisine and try these two chef's sauces.
Small Plate
One of the most popular dishes in Peru. Beef heart, previously marinated with Peruvian seasonings, peppers, chicha de jora or beer, grilled for 2 to 3 minutes each side to keep the tenderness. Served with spicy homemade rocoto sauce.
Little Causa
Small Plate
Ball shaped Peruvian potato, seasoned with aji amarillo, rocoto, lime juice and olive oil. Topped with greens and smoked salmon.
Arroz con Pollo
Aromatic green rice made with spinach, parsley, cilantro, ginger, chicken broth, and braised chicken.
Green Tea Tres Leches
This traditional Peruvian dessert tastes heavenly with the fragrance of matcha green tea.
