In this meal, I am serving , Causa limena, green salad of the season, ceviche mixto, charapa sauce duo and Aji de Gallina. Accompanied with the meal, we are also offering a very delicious Pisco Sour to open your appetite that you wouldn't want to miss, and a mix of a fresh and local fruit salad to end the meal. We use fresh organic produce from local farmers market of the day, organic cage-free eggs.
Bread served in Peruvian Creole Style
Bread hand torn and toasted for a crunchy texture, served with olive oil and vinegar.
Layers of potato, seasoned with aji amarillo, quail eggs and avocado. Topped with olive.
Charapa Sauce Duo
Red roccoto sauce and yellow aji amarillo sauce. Hear the story of how peruvian peppers are used heavily in its cuisine and try these two chef's sauces.
Green Salad of the Season
Mix vegetables of the season, avocado, and vinaigrette sauce.
Fresh fish, shrimp, scallop, baby octopus, cured with lime juice, herbs, roccoto, onion, and seasoning. Served with sweet potato and chanchita- cranchy corn.
Aji de Gallina
Shredded young chicken breast, olive oil, Peruvian aji amarillo, quinoa, roasted onion, a bit of cilantro, garlic, black pepper. served with white jasmine rice and Top with parmesan cheese, olive oil, almonds and half egg.
Cointreau infused fruit salad: A mix of fresh local fruit and tropical fruit, orange juice, Cointreau.
