Spend the Saturday evening with us over delicious Peruvian meal made with heart by Chef Leo. Also take home a jar of handcrafted Charapa Aji Sauce to enjoy at home for the week. Produce sourced from local farmer's market. We use pasture-raised chicken, egg, and meat.
Fresh fish, shrimp, scallop, crab meat, cured with lime juice, herbs, roccoto, onion, and seasoning. Served with fried yuca and chanchita- cranchy corn.
Grilled mushrooms, olive oil with Charapa Aji topping, and garnish with herbs.
Charapa Sauce Duo
Red roccoto sauce and yellow aji amarillo sauce. Hear the story of how peruvian peppers are used heavily in its cuisine and try these two chef's sauces.
Ball shaped Peruvian potato, seasoned with aji amarillo, rocoto, lime juice and olive oil. Topped with greens and smoked salmon.
Aji de Gallina
Shredded young chicken breast, olive oil, Peruvian aji amarillo, roasted onion, a bit of cilantro, garlic, black pepper. Top with parmesan cheese, olives, almonds, half egg. Served with white rice.
Cointreau infused fruit salad: A mix of fresh local fruit and tropical fruit, orange juice, Cointreau.
