Bread served in Peruvian Creole Style

Bread hand torn and toasted for a crunchy texture, served with olive oil and vinegar.
Smoked Salmon Causa
Small Plate
Smoked Salmon, avocado, cucumber stuffed in a layer of potato, seasoned with aji amarillo, lime juice, olive oil.
Chicken soup
Small Plate
Green chicken soup made with chicken and seasonal vegetables.
Inca Quinoa salad
Small Plate
Fluffy quinoa tossed with lettuce, fresh cheese, quail eggs, tomato, onion, lime and herbs.
Seco de Carne
A very popular dish from the northern coast of Peru. Juicy, marinated beef shank with chicha de jora or beer (or tofu,for vegetarians) slowly cooked with cilantro, carrot, green peas, aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow pepper), garlic, and onion.
Dessert Duo
Peruvian pudding made with maiz morado (native purple corn of Peru), prunes, figs, raisins, and lime juice. Arroz con leche: rice pudding with milk spiced with cinnamon and clove.
