Enjoy a candle-lit, fun, and heart-filled Peruvian Feast with 5 courses from sea to land and beautifully soothing live music from Sophia Tuang. I am very excited to be serving the Green Plantain the way I grew up enjoying in the Jungle of Peru, along with the more sophisticated recipes that I came upon during the time in the Government Palace in Peru. We are going to share the secrets of how we make our traditional Peruvian Ceviche with a LIVE demo during this feast.

Platano Machacado
Small Plate
One of the most popular side dishes in the jungle of Peru: Green plantain grilled to get a crunchy crust, then sliced into the shape of coins, smashed and served with a creamy yellow pepper sauce and parsley.
Small Plate
Fresh fish, cured with lime juice, herbs, roccoto, seasonings, onion, served with plantain chips, yuca, inca corn.
Coconut Shrimp
Small Plate
Shrimp coated with coconut, egg, beer, and seasonings, fried and served with chef's peruvian pepper sauce, and fresh seasonal vegetables from the farmer's market.
Aji de Gallina
Shredded young chicken breast, tossed in a creamy sauce made with olive oil, Peruvian yellow pepper (aji amarillo), bread, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, black pepper. Served with rice and egg.
Fruit Salad
Cointreau infused fruit salad: A mix of fresh local fruit and tropical fruit, orange juice, Cointreau.
