Explore the flavors of Peruvian jungle with Live Music. This dinner will feature Fish Chicharron, which is prepared with fresh fish seasoned and cooked, then tossed in Aji Amarillo sauce, served over green pasta. I am sharing this dish with Ceviche Mixto with the fresh catch, along with Chilcano, a fish bone soup slow-cooked for its full flavors. Also you will get to taste two sauces of Peruvian native peppers and experience how they are used with these dishes to transform the flavors.

Bread served in Peruvian Creole Style
Small Plate
Bread hand torn and toasted for a crunchy texture, served with oil and vinegar.
A delicious soup to warm the stomach! Fish-bone broth, fish, potato, lime juice, ginger, garlic, onion, parsley, peruvian pepper.
Ceviche Mixto

Fresh fish, shrimp, bay scallop, octopus, lime juice, rocoto pepper, corn, herbs, and seasonings. Seafood will be selected depending on availability.
Smoked Salmon Causa

Fish Chicharron with Green Pasta
Fresh catch of the day, seasoned and quick fried, served over a green pasta made with parsley, huacatay, garlic and seasonings and charapa sauce.

Lucuma is a super fruit from the subtropical of Peru. Enjoy our specially crafted freeze with lucuma, pisco, milk, and yogurt.
Charapa Sauce Duo

Red roccoto sauce and yellow aji amarillo sauce. Hear the story of how peruvian peppers are used heavily in its cuisine and try these two chef's sauces.
