In this meal, I am serving Smoked Salmon Toast, Grilled Octopus, Beet Salad and Lomo Saltado. We use organic pasture-raised beef, fresh organic produce from local farmers market of the day, organic cage-free eggs.

Smoked Salmon Toast

Smoked salmon, cucumber, egg, salmon caviar, Charapa Sauce (aji amarillo and rocoto), over olive bread toast.
Ceviche
Small Plate
Fresh fish, cured with lime juice, herbs, rocoto, garlic, onion, seasonings. served with Inca corn, and canchita.
Pulpo al Olivo
Small Plate
Grilled Fresh Octopus, arugula sprouts, spring mix, olive, and our own Charapa Aji Amarillo and Rocoto Sauce.
Lomo Saltado
Entree
Organic pasture-raised rib-eye steak, hand-cut fries, tomato, onion, red wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasonings. Served with a side of Peruvian-flavored jasmine rice.
