Spend the Saturday evening with us over a fun Pisco Sour, warm and delicious peruvian meal made with heart by Chef Leo. Also take home a jar of handcrafted Charapa Aji Sauce to enjoy at home for the week.
Produce sourced from local farmer's market. We use pasture-raised chicken, egg, and meat.
Don't miss the Pisco Sour. After experimenting with different recipes, we found this one that we really like. Made with fresh-squeezed lime juice and organic egg white for an incredible smooth texture and taste, then topped with cinnamon sprinkle for a fun surprise!

Bread served in Peruvian Creole Style

Bread hand torn and toasted for a crunchy texture, served with olive oil and vinegar.
Ceviche Mixto

Fresh fish, scallop, octopus and shrimp cured with lime juice, herbs, roccoto, onion, and seasoning.
Served with fried yuca and chanchita- cranchy corn.
Causa Limena

Layers of potato, seasoned with aji amarillo, eggs, smoked salmon, and avocado.
Topped with olives and fish roe.
Aji de Gallina

Shredded young chicken breast, olive oil, Peruvian aji amarillo, roasted onion, a bit of cilantro, garlic, black pepper.
Top with parmesan cheese, olives, almonds, half egg.
Served with white rice.
