Join Chef Leslie Durso for a pre-Valentines day pasta tasting menu of indulgence! You will take a journey through the Italian countryside tasting the delicate combination of homemade pasta and fresh ingredients. Bring your love, or find yours here. This dinner is open to couples and singles. If you are a couple, I encourage bringing a single friend :) *please note there can be no gluten free or nut substitutions for this meal

Spinach "chittara" pasta is hand cut on a guitar strings the way it's been done for thousands of years in Italy. The tender strands are tossed in a crushed pistachio pesto.
