What you need: Materials -1 quart mason jar -1 pint mason jar -1 head green cabbage, weighing about 1 1/2 lbs -1 1/2 Tablespoons high-quality sea salt -1 Tablespoon whole caraway seeds or other spices you want to add! -A large sharp knife -Cutting board
