Emily Yetter

Emily hails from a small coastal town in Massachusetts. She left at 18 to at attend UCLA’s theatre school and subsequently performed in various theatrical productions across the country. The funny thing about being an actor, however, is that you spend most of your time not acting! She therefore got veryyyy good at her various hobbies like the aerial arts and eventually, cookie decorating! Once she made her first batch of royal icing, she was hooked. She’s spent approximately 7,200 hours (and always growing) working on her art and is ready to share what she knows with you! Some very-cool-and-totally-not-braggy-opportunities she’s had includes making cookies for Loro Piana, Adidas, GT’s Living Foods, a-list celebrities and more. She won second place at the 2022 National CookieCon Sugar Show for her dilapidated gingerbread house and teaches live classes at Makers Mess in downtown LA. She’s constantly pushing herself to grow her skills and learn new sugar arts. Join her to explore cookie + sugar art and make some cool stuff!
