We'll take you through a flight of savory macarons with decadent caviar (Think unique flavor combinations like caramelized onion + bacon + smoked trout roe or beet root with truffle and hackleback caviar.) Never tried caviar? We'll teach you the basics...like where it comes from, how to taste it, and how you can use it to make easy, but elegant, snacks at home!
