Flank Steak Asado
Flank steak can be an amazing cut of beef when treated correctly. Cooked to a medium rare and rested. Then sliced thinly against the grain to maximize tenderness. The condiment of choice in Argentina is chimichurri, think pesto but with more bite.
Crispy fried potatoes served with a bold Bravas sauce heavily seasoned with paprika and other spices. A garlic aioli only adds to the delicious richness of this dish.
