Dine with chef/author Lois Leonhardi and mingle with other health-conscious foodies who believe health is about balance. This gluten-free, organic, farm-to-table menu uses ayurveda food combining principles. Ayurveda comes from India but the principles apply to any cuisine. I’ll explain the ayurveda theory with each course and answer questions. This hummus is made from scratch with all organic ingredients (garbanzo beans, tahini paste and roasted beets). The rosemary seed crackers are my delicious hand-made organic gluten-free crackers. This dish is vegan.
