This meal offers an opportunity to choose three courses from a variety of dishes featuring the freshest seasonal produce, ingredients foraged from our local mountains, fermented and pickled vegetables, home-made vinegars, California cheeses, responsibly raised local meats and sustainable seafood . In addition, I've included an option to add a fourth course of one of our fresh house-made pastas to your meal.
