Chef Louis Pechan presents a seasonal meal possible only In Los Angeles.
The most delicious spring produce from local farms and foraged from the mountains of Southern California, fermented vegetables, cheeses, pickles and vinegars all made using wild yeasts will be showcased in this meal along with responsibly raised local meats and sustainable, wild-caught fish.
