Hundred Miles goes Vegan! Chef Louis Pechan presents a seasonal vegan meal possible only in Los Angeles. No fake meats and nothing processed. Just six hand-made courses of the most delicious local farmers market and foraged wild produce, legumes and grains presented to reflect the beauty of LA's natural and farmed terroir along with (as always) our naturally leavened whole-grain breads, fermented and pickled vegetables and vinegars made from wild yeasts and great California wines.
