Chef Louis Pechan presents a seasonal meal possible only in Los Angeles. We're so happy to be teaming up again with the Farmista, Jill Volat, an urban grower that is providing the best organic vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers for this meal! She'll be there to talk about urban farming and explain what goes into growing the best imaginable food - all right here in LA! Here's a link to her website for more information: In addition to Jill's delicious produce this meal will feature (as always) Chef Louis's wild foraged items, naturally leavened whole-grain breads, fermented and pickled vegetables, house-made cheeses, and vinegars all made using wild yeasts, responsibly raised local meats and great California wines.
