Salted cod on a polenta crostino "Venice circa 1700"
Sarde in saor
Tyipical Venetian recipe "SAOR"; lightly fried Sardines placed to rest on layers of slow cooked onions, the acidity of the onions completely disappear turning this dish very delicate and flu of flavors "Venice circa 1600"
Seppie in nero
Cuttle fish , traditional, ancient and delicious dish we usually serve it as entree but i decided to serve it as appetizer to give room to other dishes on the menu "Venice circa 1600"
Risotto di pesce
Seafood risotto, present throughout Italy but with some typical Venetian twist
Tagliolini in Nero
Homemade black Tagliolini with scallops "Venice circa 1800"
Baccala' alla Vicentina
Another traditional dish , cod slowly baked and served with polenta, you can find this dish throughout the easterly part of the Veneto region "Venezia circa 1800"
