I'm originally from Argentina, born and raised. Graduated there as an international cooking specialist and took extra pastry classes at the French Culinary Institute here in NYC. Moved to the US at 22 hired as a cook for Marriott Hotels, I've been cooking since I can remember. It was my hobby, it's been my career path and it always will be my passion. I've been hosting dinner party's and events at home since I'm 15 years old, mostly for friends and family.
While working for Marriott I had the chance to cook for ambassadors, famous chefs and with my team for over 1000 people daily.
