Join us for an evening of rustic, Mediterranean cuisine paired with a lineup of exciting Xinómavro varietal red wines from the Nàoussa region of Northern Greece! Dinner will feature the wines of Ktima Foundí, Elinos, Vaeni Co-op, and Diamantakos, with winemakers from each estate in attendance to discuss their wines and special region. About the chef: Chef Byrd enjoys pulling from her Mediterranean roots in the kitchen. She combines her diverse experience in both professional and private kitchens with certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor from the Mount Madonna Institute. Byrd firmly believes that food is medicine, especially when prepared with love and intention
