The centerpiece of this meal will be a Buttery Breakfast Casserole (made with egg, pieces of shredded croissant, sausage and sage) as featured by Melissa Clark of the NY Times. It will be served with a Mixed Greens Salad (whenever possible, many of the greens coming from my own rooftop garden), tossed in a homemade Dijon Vinaigrette. As part of this menu I will also offer a Macerated Fruit Salad. For a light dessert, we will have a Yogurt Pudding with Chia, Toasted Almonds and Fresh Berries. For beverages, I will offer Freshly-Brewed Coffee (beans are freshly-ground and then brewed in a French Press), Whole-Leaf Earl Grey Tea, and a Champagne Fruit Punch.
