“La Cucina Romana," the cuisine of the City of Rome, evolved over centuries. Mamma Bucci, from Rome, will prepare a five-course traditional Roman dinner, based on simple and seasonal ingredients. She will be serving savory appetizers with a rustic flavor, a typical pasta carbonara, a delicious entree of beef, a hearty bean stew - all seasoned with organic olive oil directly from a little farm in Italy -and an unforgettable Tiramisu. This mouth-watering meal will be paired with Italian wines.
