Those of you who are in the industry know the pain of memorizing menus and recipes. Tiki cocktails are known for a lot of ingredients, which makes them one of the hardest categories of cocktails in that sense. But at the same time they are fun and extremely delicious. We decided to invite some special guides to help us find the best ways to enjoy these fun-tasting cocktails, and the easiest way to remember the tricky compositions! Sam Treadway, the bar owner of Backbar and international champion for Giffard's West Cup competition will be teaching us about rum and tiki cocktails. And Chester Santos, International Memory Champion will reveal the secrets of how to memorize cocktail recipes that include quite a few ingredients!
