Using examples of two famous and delicious classic cocktails, Gimlet and Manhattan, we will breakdown all the factors that go into crafting a perfectly balanced drink.
You’ll understand standard ratios, dilution, and ingredients that are the backbone to a well-balanced, spirit-forward and sour cocktail.
The simpler the composition of a cocktail the harder it becomes to execute it properly. This is where technique becomes essential to achieve the perfect result we are all looking for. We will go through all the aspects of proper stirring and shaking during this class.
Be ready to apply theory to practice through experiments and participation in taste comparisons. A hands-on and interactive experience.
This class is on March 18th 2021 @ 6:30pm. You will receive zoom link, preparation instructions, list of ingredients at least a week before the class.
