This is a fusion of my middle eastern, Indonesian background, my passion and what I’ve been exposed to from working in californian kitchens. This fun five- course meal exposes a palate to a delicious bite that’s inspired by multiple memories and cultures yet comes down the palate as all well balanced flavours.

Muhammarah and grilled bread
A meddle eastern walnuts and charred jimmy nardello peppers paste. Feta chease, black carawy, greens. grilled josey bread.
Smoked beef tongue
Small Plate
Sous vide and smoked beef tongue. Flaky bread, funigreek Yugurt, fried garlic vinegar and fried herbs, serranos and pickles
Grilled squab with tamarind sauce
Two week aged and grilled Local Sonoma county farmed squabs. Spicy tamarind sauce, fried rice .scallions and herbs. Served with shot of hearty kombu squab broth and cumin kennebec potatoe chips

Local madjool dates cake, caramel sauce, figs,postachio,black cardamom and ice cream
