After years of soulless corporate jobs I’m pursuing my dream of becoming a chef and am loving every minute, even the sweaty, greasy, stinky ones.

Also, to clarify as I’m a big fan of not stealing people’s work, I’m not the executive chef, chef de cuisine, executive sous, or sous chef at any venue listed, but a cook working my way there. If that changes, I’ll change this! Lastly, unless noted anything I post is my own and any recommendations reflect my opinion alone.
