This will be the third and final meal in a series of Asian family-style dinners hosted by tablehopper, who chose chefs to cook their soul food and favorite dishes they enjoy at home. Our chef is Rob Lam (Butterfly) who is an extraordinary Vietnamese chef, and will be offering a soigné spin (hello king crab!) on authentic Vietnamese dishes. Prepare to feast!
We'll be pairing many wines from Portugal's Vinho Verde, and sommelier and wine expert Eugenio Jardim will be sharing insight about the wines and region.
