We are returning with a tablehopper family-style Vietnamese feast from chef Rob Lam (Butterfly), paired with the restrained, elegant wines from Ernest Vineyards (co-founder Erin Brooks and sommelier/wine educator Eugenio Jardim will walk us through the pairings).
It's going to be an abundant meal, with authentic dishes that are full of flavor. Since Rob cares deeply about using quality ingredients, dishes taste extra vibrant, with many housemade sauces and things you may not have tried before.
