Marco & Dalila

Hi! We are a culinary devoted couple: Marco, gourmet chef for over 10 years and Dalila, food photographer and digital marketing expert in the food world. Our greatest passion is to share experiences through food. We started our Pop-Up adventure in NYC in 2014 where Casa Maestoso was just a Sunday 'funday' event. In the blink of an eye we had to leave both of our jobs to make it become a full time activity. We loved it and got a ton of press about us left and right. A little over a year and a half later we left NYC to open Casa Maestoso fine dining restaurant in our home town Rome, Italy. Two years have gone by and we are ready to bring back to the US our Pop-Ups, which will feature the best dishes from our restaurant and some good old recipes from the Ny dinners!
