I want to take you on a culinary tour through my life. I was born in the mountains of Lebanon, in a little city off the coast of the Mediterranean, Tripoli. Meaning “Three Cities,” the Tripoli culinary traditions are influenced by the ancient Greeks, Persians, and the Arabs. I have created this menu with the influence of the flavors I grew up eating, combined with the discoveries I've made through my world travels. I looked for new ways to infuse new flavors into the traditions that I learned from my grandmothers. At the essence of the menu, I looked for simple ingredients that wanted to be appreciated hence, CookMeBaby was born.
