In-Person
Some of us identify with one place, some of us lost our roots when we came to the states. I myself have always been caught in between this crazy mix of a Lebanese father with a Palestinian mother living in the U.S. Trying to blend in wasn't an option. Instead i became this beautiful mix of all three! This specific menu will focus on the cuisine of Lebanon. No games, no fusion, Just straight Tarabulos (Tripoli).

Menu detail

Shorbit Adass
Appetizer
A beautiful classic Lentil soup to warm you up for the night.
Tabbouleh & Kibbeh Neyyeh (Beef Tartar)
Small Plate
Lebanon's two most famous dishes. Tabbouleh is a light parsley and cracked wheat salad which is typically eaten alongside "Kibbeh Neyyeh" which is a very popular beef tartar.
Mutabbal & Arayis
Small Plate
Mutabbal is an eggplant dip infused with a smokey tahini sauce. Many people mix mutabbal and baba ghanoush up but they are quite different and today you'll learn why. Arayis are slices of pita stuffed and baked with ground beef and tomatoes.
Samak Harra
Entree
A spicy fish typically sold in the streets of Lebanon. The type of fish is based on the season. The fish is seasoned and stuffed with garlic, Jalapenos, fresh parsley, tahini, lemon, and crushed walnuts. Traditionally served with a beautiful zesty red rice.
Shai with Cinnamon
Beverage
Most dinners in Tripoli end with a nice glass of black tea with cinnamon. The cinnamon has a way to set your stomach after all that food before dessert.
Znoud Il Sit
Dessert
Crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside. A deep fried dough filled with ishta (a middle eastern custard) soaked in a hibiscus syrup.
