444 Cevicheria is an international Pop-up formed in 2014 in Bilbao, Spain. Our idea is simple - our chef picks the freshest, locally sourced, and most sustainable ingredients and combines them with traditional Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine to build unique and flavorful dishes. Below is a list of sample dishes, the actual menu will vary depending on what comes in daily. This event is BYOB (bring your own beverage), however we will also have a selection of the chef's recommended pairings for sale. Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noirs, and light beers go well with this meal.
