Having learned to cook at a young age from his Italian grandmother, mario has a life long love of food which led him to leave business school and pursue a culinary degree at the university of Montana. He brings his interpretation of Italian cuisine to his pop-up, merging his experience in Seattle's top restaurants with the rustic flavors of his grandmothers cooking.
