Jam Session-an informal gathering of chefs and cooks improvising together, no boundaries with a focus on delicious food and exciting experience for our guests. Collaboration dinner between five friends that used to cook together at AQ in SF, all now in the process of launching our own businesses in the Bay Area. Mägo- neo bistro from Mark Liberman Bayview Pasta- hand milled pasta from Joshua Felciano Breadbelly- modern Asian-American bakery from James Wong, Katherine Campecino and Clement Hsu

Smoked potato and seaweed knish (Mägo)
Dried seaweed dough stuffed with smoked potato and topped with scallion tahi and toasted nori.
Lobster, chantenay carrots and persimmon kosho (Mägo)
Small Plate
Chilled lobster salad with pickled carrots, mints and persimmon kosho (salted, fermented persimmon and hot chilies) The dish is finished with a warm lobster butter and sprouted grain seed bread.

Provencal glazed beef ribs with olives and dazzling blue kale (Mägo)
Beef rib is slowly cooked and glazed with sauce made from tomatoes, plum juice, beef jus, olives, green coriander seeds and summery herbs.
