Mary London is a pastry chef originally from Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Wesleyan University with a double degree in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Psychology before moving to New York City to run a small non-profit organization. After several years of non-profit work, Mary decided to change career paths and pursue her passion for pastry at the French Culinary Institute. Now living in Brooklyn, she has worked in several restaurants in New York including Humphrey Restaurant at the Eventi Hotel, where she is currently.
