Maryanne Carmack is the co-owner/director of operations of Roast sandwich and meat shop. Carmack started Roast in British Columbia in 2013 and has since expanded to San Diego. Roast is especially known for their heritage pork product that they get from a small farm in Iowa, which has no hormones or antibiotics. All the food at Roast is made in-house, so they make it from scratch every day. They make the food right in front of you and you can take it with you right away.
