This dinner is a salute to spring and the beautiful bounty the season has to offer. All the beautiful produce is what we wait for on those cold winter days. I've prepared this menu with all the early veggies in mind. You will notice bold Mediterranean and Spanish style that sings with the fresh early spring ingredients! Inquire about any dietary restrictions; I'm happy to accommodate!
