Ahh the abundance of summer! The most exciting time of year for so many reasons. The weather is amazing and the bay area bounty is ripe and in full swing! Sun ripened tomatoes are bursting with goodness, super sweet Brentwood corn fresh from the stock and so many different heirloom peppers to choose from!!! This menu is a blend flavors and dishes from Provence, France and Piedmont, Italy with my California flair mixed in. Let's take a trip to the Mediterranean, but in your own backyard!
