Join Pitmaster Matt Horn for an exclusive Barbecue experience.
After introductory mingling, drinks, our host will lead guests on a walking tour of the winery. Horn Barbecue will serve a variety of starters including; pulled pork sliders with apple slaw and honey mustard sauce, spare ribs with a ginger peach glaze, and pork belly burnt ends with a whiskey and honey glaze. Guest will also be able to enjoy live music.
Supper begins at 5:00 and also includes wine pairings from our host Winery.
