French macaron. They're delicious. They're trendy. Marie Antoinette ate them while listening to Siouxsie and the Banshees. They're also some of the most frustrating and terrifying tiny treats to ever be invented by the French. I will help you! Once you've made them once, seen what to look for during each step, and learned a few of my tricks, you'll be the next Pierre Hermé! Whether you joined me for the first class I taught on them or are a fresh faced novice, I will take you through how to make the PERFECT shell, troubleshoot the inevitable hiccups and come up with interesting and impressive flavor combinations.
