August's Meadowlark benefit dinner will feature a fun mash-up of farm-inspired Southern and Korean cuisines—think Korean fried chicken paired with kimchi collard greens and cornbread with miso-scallion butter—and all proceeds will go to the Southern Poverty Law Center. The dinner will take place out in the field (weather permitting) at Our Table Cooperative, a beautiful farm in Sherwood where much of the produce for the meal is coming from. Tickets include a local beer pairing, hors d'oeuvres, and a three-course dinner. A vegetarian option will also be offered - please specify at check-out if you would like a vegetarian meal.
