The Pacific Northwest meets the Atlantic Northwest in this warming and flavorful celebration of local late fall produce and rustic French cooking. The menu highlights pork and apples throughout, from a crispy braised pork shoulder to the caramelized apples over buckwheat crêpes we'll offer for dessert. An optional cider pairing featuring both local and French ciders is available as well.
All proceeds will benefit Bark, a local non-profit that strives to protect the forests surrounding Mt. Hood.
