This Italian-inspired meal highlights some of our favorite spring ingredients, including lamb, artichokes, wild nettles, green garlic, and abundant fresh herbs. Giant loaves of casatiello, a traditional bread studded with cheese and cured meat, will accompany the meal.
Wine pairings will feature a pinot gris and Meadowlark (!!) pinot noir donated by Cooper Mountain Vineyards.
All proceeds will support the environmental justice work of OPAL (www.opalpdx.org).
Substitutions politely declined.
