Meadowlark's August benefit dinner will feature a fun mash-up of farm-inspired Southern and Korean cuisines—think Korean fried chicken paired with kimchi collard greens and cornbread with miso butter—and all proceeds will go to support the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES, https://www.raicestexas.org/). The dinner will take place out in the field at Our Table Cooperative, a beautiful farm in Sherwood. A vegetarian option is also available.
